Quentina Kusuma-Lee is an accredited Audiologist with a Master of Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University (2018). Inspired by her grandfather’s experience with hearing loss, she pursued a career in audiology to help individuals and families navigate the social and emotional challenges that often accompany hearing impairment.

Quentina began her career in the public sector, managing complex adult and paediatric caseloads. Her patient-centred approach and dedication to individualised care consistently earned positive feedback. She later worked with a leading global hearing aid manufacturer, training clinicians and supporting cases upon which troubleshooting was required as both a Product Specialist and Clinical Support Specialist. Her focus remained on personalised care—recognizing that effective hearing solutions must be tailored to each person’s unique hearing profile and lifestyle. It is also of utmost importance for the clinician to understand how the technology functions to best optimise the fitting.
