Standard Weekday Consultations
General Practitioners BULK BILL all standard consultations for patients with a valid Medicare card, Monday through to Sunday.

Weekend Consultations
General Practitioners BULK BILL all standard consultations for patients with a valid Medicare card on weekends.

Skin Cancer Clinic
Skin cancer checks are BULK BILLED for all patients with a valid Medicare card. Patients without a Medicare card will be charged $150.

IMPORTANT: All procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy and other procedural items will incur fees. You GP will discuss these fees with you.

Iron Infusions
Iron infusions are $200 with NO rebate from Medicare.

Other Procedures
Procedures including implanon insertion/removal and many other procedures will incur out-of-pocket fees. Your GP will discuss fees with you.

Payment Terms
Other fees may also apply for other items. If any other items apply you will be advised by practice staff.
○ Payment is required at the time of visit.
○ We accept most credit cards.
○ We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may not be able to make your appointment. We ask that you give us a minimum 3 hours notice prior to your appointment if you need to change or cancel. If your appointment is before 11am, you will be required to call us or change your appointment online the day before.

If you do not give the required 3 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $55 cancellation fee before you can book another appointment.
